Partner with Us

Create meaningful impact where it matters most.

Partnering with Bankstown Poetry Slam (BPS) is an investment in people, culture and community. For over a decade, BPS has been at the forefront of arts-led social change—creating radical spaces where stories are honoured, voices are amplified, and communities are strengthened through the power of poetry.

When you partner with BPS, your support reaches far beyond a single event or program. It fuels long-term cultural infrastructure, supports emerging and established artists, and helps create safer, more expressive spaces for people of all stripes—particularly those whose stories are too often unheard.

This is partnership with purpose. Real connection. Real impact.

Proven impact through partnership

BPS has a long history of delivering meaningful outcomes in collaboration with government bodies, arts organisations, community groups and philanthropic partners.

Through these partnerships, we have:

  • Delivered year-round poetry slams, workshops and programs attended by thousands

  • Provided paid opportunities and professional development for poets and artists

  • Engaged young people and marginalised communities through accessible arts programs

  • Built one of Australia’s largest and longest-running poetry slam platforms

“I want to thank you again for your help and support during the Festival. It was so important and you are such generous collaborators. The slam at the Town Hall was such a highlight for me, and a big part of that is your wonderful stage presence and your skill at shaping the event.”

“Thanks for being so lovely to work with and for all your hard work, generosity and energy that you put into the event. I think it all ran super smoothly which is a testament to your planning and fostering such a dedicated community and talented poets”
